We offer 7 day and a 5 day production. Production times begin the day after you have approved the digital production proof. Read more about production times.

Select the USPS class you’d like for your mailing and input the quantity to mail. If available, upload your mailing list (you may also upload at a later time). Please Note: Pricing for mail services includes mailing list preparation, deduplication, CASS certification, NCOA processing, inkjet addressing and postal delivery. Pricing does not include USPS postage. First Class. The most expensive option, this class will get your materials delivered within 1 to 3 business days no matter the distance.

First Class Presorted. Less expensive that First Class, mail still gets delivered in 1 to 3 business days, but you must have at least 500 pieces to mail or more.

Bulk Mailing, or Standard Rate. The least expensive option, Standard Rate mailing usually get delivered in 2 to 9 business days depending on the distance.

Long Edge Binding       Short Edge Binding

Your product can be bound on the long edge (portrait) or the short edge (landscape).

70 lb. Offset Text – This is a lightweight text paper with an offset finish, perfect for writing on with pen or pencil. Colors will look “flatter” on offset stocks as more of the ink soaks into the porous paper.

70 lb. Gloss Text – Also lightweight, this glossy text paper is a good selection if you’re trying to save weight for mailing, or looking to cut costs while still offering a shiny finish that brings out the color.

80 lb. Gloss Text – Slightly thicker that 70 lb. Gloss Text, 80 lb. Gloss Text offers lower weight than 100 lb. Gloss text, while still bringing out the color with glossy enamel coating.

80 lb. Matte Text – 80 lb. Matte Text provides an elegant, understated look and feel, that is somewhere between a gloss and an offset finish. This finish presents colors better than offset, but not as vibrant as coated gloss.

100 lb. Gloss Text – 100 Lb. Gloss Text is a thick weight paper stock that is suitable for interior pages as well as covers when mixed with lower weight inside pages.

100 lb. Matte Text – 100 lb. Matte Text is a thick weight paper providing an elegant, understated look and feel that is somewhere between a gloss and an offset finish. This finish presents colors better than offset, but not as vibrant as coated gloss.

Choose either full color on the inside pages or greyscale (black & white).

Aqueous Gloss – This is a water-based coating that adds shine to your cover pages.
Varnish Gloss – This is an oil-based coating that adds shine to your cover pages.
Varnish Matte – This is an oil-based coating that dulls the finish of your cover pages.
UV Gloss – An ultraviolet cured coating that adds a brilliant shine to your cover pages.
UV Matte – An ultraviolet cured coating that adds dulls the finish of your cover pages.

Note: UV Gloss and Matte finishes can only be added to cover stocks 8 pt. or higher.
